Butterflies and the Frugal Bride I love hearing from our customers about how they incorporate butterflies into their special occasions, and this bride's story really made me smile! Like so many of us these days, Lynette is accutely budget-conscious, not just because of the challenging economy in general, but because she proudly proclaims herself "a penny-pincher from way back!" An earlier purchase of our butterflies inspired Lynette to choose them again for the decor and accessories used at her frankly frugal wedding. How did she do it? Shopping through our Ebay Store she selected these elements: Two packs of uncut mixed small butterflies - bridesmaids and flowergirls had fun cutting them out at a bridal shower, and then they were strewn on the bride's walk up the aisle Custom pack of 100 pink and clear butterflies, some of which were stitched to her vintage veil and train. Butterflies used as table decor, on placecards, table number cards and - in a brilliant money-saving move - wired into humble garden-centre plants that became charming centrepieces. Packs of white wires to attach butterflies to the bridal party's bouquets of garden flowers, and to the beautiful cake her mother made. Weddings can be famously expensive, but Lynette substituted ingenuity, imagination and a personal sense of style to offset a teensy budget, and make a truly memorable celebration of her new life. That's right folks we have a new store both on Ebay and Auctiva. isn't the internet a great place. Our butterfly range is growing. Our sales have been growing and we needed a new place to show off our new stock. Over the next few weeks we will be adding so many new items you haven't seen yet. Many of our clients love the realism of some of our critters so we have produced a Naturals range that has not been enhanced or coloured, we have just printed from the photographs and they are just stunning.
